To change your personal information, such as your contact details or address information, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Bondora account, click on your name in the top right corner and select "My data".
- From here, you can change your email, phone number and residential address.
- Save your changes. You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes to confirm that the changes were saved successfully.
If you struggle to change your phone number, please contact our Support team and attach a phone bill showing your name and number. The invoice must not be older than three months.
If you’re unable to change your residential address, please contact our Customer Support team and provide a bill or another document sent to your new address that clearly shows your name and address. If you do not have such documents, you may submit a rental agreement, an extract from Centre of Registers, or another document confirming the purchase of the property.
You can also check your loan agreement to see which address is currently registered in your Bondora account.
