If you have repaid the loan, or if you have made a payment that is higher than your monthly payment due and do not want to use the extra amount for repayment, you can transfer the money to your bank account.
To transfer money from your Bondora account, scroll down on your dashboard until you find "Loan Balance" button and proceed with provided steps.
Before you make a transfer, please make sure that there will be enough money on your account for your next repayment.
Please also note the following:
- You can only transfer money to the same bank account you used for your bank verification.
- You can only transfer money to a bank account registered in your name and held at a licensed European credit institution.
- All transfers need to be confirmed with a PIN code sent to your registered phone number. If your phone number has changed, please update it in your account first.
If everything is in place, you can transfer the money to your bank account without any hassle. The money is usually credited to your bank account on the same day. However, payments made in the evening, on weekends, or on public holidays will reach your account on the next business day.
If a payment date falls within the week after you submit a withdrawal request, the request will be cancelled.
Important: Your Bondora account does not function as a savings account, so we strongly advise that any money deposited into it is used exclusively towards the repayment of your loan installments. Under no circumstances should you use your Bondora account for other purposes. Therefore, transfer limitations may apply if you decide to withdraw funds frequently in short periods of time or in large amounts.
We may block the money transfer request if we detect suspicious behaviour in a customer's transactions. If your withdrawal request is blocked, you should use the amounts in your Bondora account for your next payments or contact Customer Support.
