Also, you can cancel the loan within 14 days of signing the agreement. In that case, you must repay the full loan amount together with any interest accumulated up to the repayment date. No contract fee (if any) will be applied during this 14-days period. However, the contract fee will be added after 14 days.
To cancel the loan, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Bondora account, scroll to "Loans" and click "Repay early".
- Choose the reason for repayment and click "Continue".
- You'll see the exact repayment amount next to your loan(s). Note: It changes daily due to interest calculations. Ensure your Bondora account has enough funds to cover the full amount(s). If not, please top up your account.
- Enter the total repayment amount and click "Sign".
- Enter the 5-digit PIN sent to your registered phone number to terminate to agreement and click "Sign".
The loan agreement will be terminated only after you confirm the action with your PIN code. Once you complete the process, you receive an email confirming that the loan has been successfully repaid.

If your phone number has changed, please update it on your Bondora account to continue the repayment.
